Cancellations within 48 hours of the class are non – refundable
Aerial Yoga
By booking a class you confirm you are fit and healthy and have read the contraindications.
Loose clothing is not permitted.
Contraindications
Do not attend an aerial yoga class if you have any of the following;
- Vertigo
- Inner-ear conditions
- Recent surgery
- Glaucoma
- Recent concussion or head injury
- Epilepsy
- Brain aneurism
- Recent stroke
- Botox ( within 24 hours)
- Pregnancy
- Propensity to fainting
- Weigh over 17 stone ( max. weight for apparatus)
- Hiatus hernia
- Stitches in any part of the body
- Recent gashes, lacerations or wounds
- Low or high blood pressure
Check with your doctor if you have;
- Osteoporosis
- Disc herniation
- Hip replacement
- Head cold, flu or sinusitis
- Carpal tunnel
- Severe balance issue
- Severe muscle spasms
- Heart disease
- Above age 55 ( and have not had a blood pressure check with the doctor within the last 6 months)
